Open Source RVA presents:

YOU NEVER SAUSAGE A RADIO SHOW! On Friday’s Open Source RVA at noon on WRIR, Chris Mattera, the co-owner of Sausage Craft, has a frank discussion about homemade sausage with food correspondent Piet Jones on our monthly edition of Open Face. We also welcome back community activist Todd Woodson, who talks with host Don Harrison about the latest on the Monroe Park renovation. Why was Dominion Resources given a seat on the Monroe Park Conservancy’s board while neighborhood representatives continue to be ignored? Then host Angela Lehman welcomes Morgan Huff, the co-founder of the new Orbital Music Park, a collaborative space for musicians (and amateur sound explorers) to meet and swap riffs and ideas. “It’s an oasis to meet up with other musical travelers,” they say. SAUSAGE AND MUSIC IN THE PARK? Well, sort of. Find out Friday at noon when you link with Open Source RVA, Richmond’s audio news digest, on WRIR 97.3 FM and http://www.wrir.org.
