Best of 2018

Hey Listeners,

Well it’s that time of year. Everyone is publishing their “best of” lists. The Golden Globes aired on TV last night. So it’s time for the Haberdasher to sound off on his favorite releases from 2018. Every year I do it a little differently. This year I am featuring a compilation of “best of” lists. The first 1/2 hour will feature a list from my son Malcolm. He put together his Top 100 and he broke it down into a bunch of fun categories. One of the categories was – “For Your Dad”. So we’ll start there.

The second half hour I “crowd-sourced” several of my friends that listen to lots of new music. I got lots of suggestions and you’ll hear them in the second 1/2 hour. The last hour will be a “best of” various “best of lists”.

Near the end of the show, I’ll actually play of my very favorite releases from 2018. Thanks for keeping it tuned to WRIR.
