We also revisit guest host Dale Brumfield’s interview with Kate Fowler, a Richmond-based filmmaker planning a media center that offers services and support to area non-fiction storytellers. ALSO: RVA Dirt’s Jessee Perry presents a solo edition of the Quick and Dirty Council Roundup that looks back at Monday’s City Council vote on renaming the Boulevard in honor of RVA native Arthur Ashe.
