Cause And EffectBoooooooo! : The Music of John Carpenter

Booo isn't just the scary sound ghosts make, it summorizes my lack of interest in Halloween. I do however love the music from horror films and this time of year gives me a great reason to pull out all my spooky soundtrack music. This year I picked music all based around the style of John Carpenter's music, heavy on the keyboard and clearly influenced by prog/kraut rock. What isexpecially interesting to me is to listen back to these songs and hear how modern day electronic dance music is so obviously related…and metal, metal too!
