Mother’s Milk Checks Out Halloweek’s Live Action… presents:
Sup, guys? Crack open a cold one – it's time to listen to some musics about drinkin'. We're starting out with a look at some music that'll be heard hereabouts in the next week or so, and then we'll play some more stuff we've never played before. It promises to be a grand ole' time.
For the record, here are the (tribute) bands playing this weekend. It's worth pointing out that these are all either existing local bands doing a tribute act for one night, or super-groups consisting of dudes (and at least one dudette) from multiple kick-ass local bands for one night only. Except for the Damned – that'll be a three-off, by the end of the weekend, as La Mere Vipere was also The Damned for Halloween last year – and Blue Oyster Cult, which is playing twice.

The Damned | The Damned |
The Descendants | The Dicks |

The second half of the show features episode 7 of the glorious podcast, Rum Doings, back after a month's hiatus due to personal incompetence on my part. If you would like to listen to the episode again, you can download it here.

100 Shows - or so - a Two Week Celebration of the Best Tracks from the Past Two Years presents:
Hey Listeners,
I can't believe that it's been two years since I began hosting this show. To celebrate our 100th show we're going to look back over the last two years and play the best tracks we featured on this program. I couldn't think of a better way to commemorate the show's anniversary or to really crank it up for the fund drive. We'll do this in two parts. We'll cover year 1 tonight and year 2 next week for the fund drive.
Enjoy!

OK Folk, I've got a good one for you tonight. It's Halloween week so I'll be pulling some hillbilly creepiness out of the wood paneling tonight. Sasquatch, Jungle Zombies? I've got 'em.
Drive-By Truckers tickets you want, but you ain't got the scratch? I've got you covered there too. I've got duckets for both shows. Two pair. Stay tuned. It might just drive you insane.
