Party of One: Some Old Classics, Some New. presents:

A Party Of OneParty of One: Some Old Classics, Some New.

I grew up as a kid in the late 80s-early 90s in North Chesterfield, Virginia, which means among other things, "Classic Rock" was a big part of my musical upbringing.  But at some point "they" cut off the number of bands that could be called "Classic Rock" (but curiously, new musinc by those aging artists was still ok).
One of the greats of Classic Rock (for many reasons) just dropped a new album a couple weeks ago, and it debuted at number one, a first for them.

Today's album is Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers' Hypnotic Eye.  It's worth the hype.  I bought it, I love it, and it inspired a show full of new and old classics together, in some surprising new ways.  Tune in!
