Louisiana Dance HallLoose Marbles …. and more!

  Today we're highlighting the music of Loose Marbles, "a sort of Amalgamated Jazz Corporation" according to a New Yorker article.    It's a constantly changing, free-form group of musicians who get together and play on the streets and in the clubs of New Orleans (and self-release their music at random).     I recently caught up with one of the Marbles and bought some of their CDs ….. hope you enjoy what you hear today ….. and please click below for a complete playlist.
