New Music Machine – Cornelius and Japanese Breakfast presents:
Each week, I’ll play tracks from new releases as well as other new releases that mix nicely. Tune in this week for my featured albums Cornelius’s Mellow Waves and Japanese Breakfasts’s Soft Sounds.
Cornelius
Producer Keigo Oyamada has released his first album in 11 years. It’s a captivating exploration of styles and a welcome return for an innovative and creative producer.
Japanese Breakfast
Last year, Michele Zauner released a bold album centered around her mother’s diagnosis with cancer. This year, she returns with a broader musical palette and a wider range of lyrics. It’s always exciting when a break-out artist returns with an even stronger sophomore release and Soft Sounds from Another Planet is that release.
