Open Source RVA presents:

THE SOURCE IS ON! Friday’s edition of Open Source RVA, heard at noon on WRIR 97.3 FM, features an in-depth conversation with Kristen Larson, Richmond City Councilperson for the city’s 4th District. She speaks with us about the fallout from Mayor Levar Stoney’s Navy Hill proposal, and tells us her views on water conservation, the current state of city schools, what to do with the Monument Avenue statues, the city’s development process, and more. We also have a brand new installment of Curtain Call, our bi-weekly look at RVA’s theatre scene, produced by the Richmond Theatre Critics Circle. This week, critics Rich Griset, Susie Hirsch Haubenstock and Jerry Williams review “The Revolutionists” (TheatreLAB) and “The 39 Steps” (Virginia Repertory Theatre at Hanover Tavern), and Jerry interviews Laine Satterfield and Philip Davidson about the upcoming Cadence Theatre Company production of “Small Mouth Sounds,” part of this year’s Acts of Faith Theatre Festival. WHAT MANNER OF SOURCE-RY IS THIS? The kind that happens Friday noon on WRIR 97.3 FM  and http://wrir.org.
