Shroder offers his thoughts on what the attack might mean for the safety of the coming Biden/Harris inauguration in D.C., and explains why he doesn’t favor additional legislation to target domestic terrorists. And the Next 400 series returns as Mike Kemetic speaks with Melody Short of  The Jackson Ward Collective, The co-owner of Artisan cafe and Richmond Night Market tells us how the  Collective is helping African-American businesses, and talks about the growing presence of black female business owners in Richmond.
