The Unquiet Grave presents:
Tonight we’re listening to two hours of new (that’s NEW, not Nü-) metal — everything on tonight’s show was released in 2021, and most of it within the last month or so. We started off with the sprawling “The Embers At Dawn” from Panopticon’s wonderful new release, …And Again Into The Light, and ended with Spectral Wound’s “Mausoleal Drift” from their new one, A Diabolic Thirst. In between, we listened to everything from Tennessee grindcore weirdos Knoll to Finnish sludge-rockers Throat; from the political Yorkshire Dales thrash of Riptide to the astral projection-obsessed French atmospherics of Paysage D’hiver. Hope you enjoyed the show tonight and found something good and new to dig into! See you next Sunday.
