We start with a small tribute to the late Bako Dagnon of Mali. She was revered in Mali but with only albums released in the west. We’ll play a track from each of those.

Follow up with more music from Mali to Kenya to Nigeria including a song form the new album of Uganda’s Afrigo Band.
