POP Goes The World! presents:

Today is my 55th birthday (hence the double nickels reference).

In the 14 years I’ve been here at WRIR, I’ve only gotten to spend my birthday on the air twice before. The first time was 3 weeks after I started back in 2007 when I was doing the Monday Morning Breakfast Blend, and the last time was in 2014 when I was doing the Tuesday night time slot, and quite honestly, even though I do this show every week, I can’t think of anything I’d rather be doing for my birthday.

Salute!
