Church of the Ecstatic 4/28/21 – Jim Steinman Forever
Jim Steinman died this past week, and his operatic compositions have been hits for many artists, used in soundtracks, and scored musicals – as well as comprise a huge chunk of Meat Loaf’s songs, Steinman being his musical other half. I wanted to do a tribute to this artist who definitely embodies the ecstatic, because I didn’t know the breadth of his work until recently, or even his name. But I’m so glad I do now, and I hope you enjoy this epic 2 hours!
