The Boutique today features music from the vast catalogue of music played and/or engineered by the late Steve Albini, focusing on personal favorites -songs and albums that have meant a lot to me over the years as well as as a brand new track from his band Shellac. From the man himself: “The recording part is the part that matters to me – that I’m making a document that records a piece of our culture, the life’s work of the musicians that are hiring me. I take that part very seriously. I want the music to outlive all of us.” 11am-1 pm!
