Tonight on the Unquiet Grave we listen to war metal from all around the globe. War metal is a subgenre with contested boundaries, but suffice to say it’s raw, chaotic, and bestial, and often tinged with death and thrash. A minimum of three bands with the word “bestial” in their name will be in the playlist tonight—that’s the Unquiet Grave promise—but feel free to yell at me on twitter if you think a band I play tonight is not sufficiently warlike.
